No matter the occasion, large or small, Tequila Sheila works with you to plan the location, service level, and menu. Our goal is to create a perfect event attended by relaxed guests enjoying each other, their surroundings, and wonderful food.
Our staff arrives early to the event site with Tequila Sheila to set up equipment and begin the long, slow smoking process that provides perfect protein! Your guests will arrive to a warm and welcoming environment with the smell of wood smoke in the air. We encourage guests to participate with the pitmaster by asking questions and discussing the process and cooking styles. During food preparation, our staff prepares the buffet service. Depending on event size, the buffet service includes 1-2 service tents featuring warm and cold food service on 2-4 banquet tables.
When the buffet concludes and your guests relax on a full stomach, the Tequila Sheila team quenches the fire and cleans the cooking station and buffet service. Upon final cleaning, the team departs for headquarters to prepare for the next event!
